At Audima Labs Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing from https://audima.com.au.

 

1. STANDARD RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by Audima Labs are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products

  • Downloadable software

  • Sale or discounted items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. PRE-ORDER & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

All of our products are hand-assembled and made to order, and purchases are treated as pre-orders.

  • No cancellations or refunds are accepted once an order is placed.

  • Pre-order sales are final.

  • Please carefully review our Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. RESERVATION REFUNDS

Reservations are fully refundable up until we finalise manufacturing quantities.

  • Once manufacturing is confirmed, your deposit is no longer refundable.

  • You will be notified in advance to make an informed decision.

4. REFUND PROCESS 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds May Apply

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 30-day period

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. First, check your bank or credit card account again.
2. Contact your payment provider, as delays can occur.

6. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you require an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] and we’ll provide the next steps.

7. GIFTS

 If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • Once the returned item is approved, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will go to the original payment method.

8. RETURN SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.

We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service

  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
