Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns for items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us are not eligible for refunds.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including custom-made items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Sale or discounted items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Pre-Order Items

All orders are made by-hand, to specification, and are considered pre-order purchases. There are absolutely no refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed on any of our products. You can read more about our Terms and Conditions here.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received the refund, please contact us at contact@audima.com.au.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@audima.com.au. Once the exchange is approved, we will send you additional information.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
